@GinaLockhart Yes, you'll need to contact Steam to get your refund at this point. The PS:A team are still working to get a automatic refund processed for the players that haven't requested one directly through Steam so you would get it eventually if you didn't want to contact Steam.

And unlocking now. Connery configuration changes were also made that should help that server. Miller and Colbalt are now upgraded and should see improved performance, but we are already seeing configuration changes that will require another downtime to get an even bigger boost.

@ShiftTom To elaborate a bit more. We can better optimize which hosts are running which services. Very interested to see how many more players we can fit on Miller and Colbalt.

And we are locked again. Obvious crash being caused by our respawn system changes. Working on a fix now. Getting a little bit of deju vu here. Downtime will be extended for all servers. We are working as fast as we can.

There are some configuration improvements we still need to make to Miller and Cobalt to optimize the use of the new hardware there. Stay tuned for more info on that front. Emerald hit a peak concurrency of 2012 last night! Amazing! #planetside2

We we also be adding more hardware to Connery during our next update.

We are dealing with infrastructure related issues at the data center where Emerald lives. Should be resolved soon.

Just did another massive grant of marketplace bundles to NSO characters. For many of the players that didn't get the items they purchased with DBC on their characters they should see those now. There are a few exceptions at this point, 3rd Anni tool variants and Rocklet Ammo.

@KashifMalim Connery is up, but there are still some issues with that server that we are currently investigating. We plan on adding more gateway hosts to the Connery server during the next downtime as well.

We are aware of the PS2 PC server crashes after the patch this morning. Currently investigating, hope to get this fixed ASAP.

A fix for the server crashing we have been experiencing after the morning's patch just went out. We will continue to monitor the server performance closely.

Very small PC client only update today. Deals with an issue related to projectile visibility. Should also fix one of our top crashes. No downtime, restart your client to pick it up if you are playing right now.

Our big PS4 patch has now officially passed submission with Sony. We have some loose ends to tie up before we patch so it will be next week, most likely August 8th, 2019. Get hyped!

We deployed some server performance optimization to the PS2 Test server as well as some long request quality of life requests including ending alerts early when server shutdowns are scheduled and unlocking a random continent on startup. Would appreciate some help testing. Thanks.

Don't be surprised if you see a server restart happen as we continue to test alert shortening. Server is usually back up within about 15 minutes if you can handle the wait.

@rengora_ Uhhh.... an ancient vanu artifact is temporarily replacing the Valkyrie on the EU version of PS2 PS4 ... we have a patch ready to restore the normal valk, working to get it released later today.

@ShiftTom I am ashamed to see how bad the control scheme remains for PS2 PS4 vehicles, specifically how the turbo button is mapped in all vehicle control variants. Looking to remedy this problem in the next update (not the hotfix tonight though).
