[2023] Please fix luxidoor

Ever since the tribe was nerfed it actualy became a debuff to use it.Example: bardur levels up on turn one, gets workshop and has one tech and one star remaining. Luxidoor starts with a lvl 2 city but doesent have workshop and can research only one tech and lose all of its five stars. Now bardur will have (on turn 2) 1 star from the past turn and four stars from workshop and lvl 2 city, while luxidoor has only 3. Im not a person who plays luxidoor but i rly would like if they had a lvl 3 city with a wall again. Im excited for the update and i really hope this is taken into consideration.
