They are herbivores that munch on mushrooms....but also might gore and gobble up a Polytopian for a nice boost of protein.

Animals that primarily eat plants or fungi and only the occasional meat snack are still considered herbivores. Just a little science lesson!

Yeah, I did some research and realized that the term I meant was "opportunistic carnivore", not "obligate".

So, yes, they're still herbivores, but munch on meat now and then.
