[2023] The random match finder is basically unusable at this point for live 1V1 might games

I know I’m just one of dozens of other people on this sub complaining about “SATINHOOO” lately. But live 1v1 matches were my favorite way of playing the game, and now I’ve kind of just given up on them and stick to 24 hour matches - which is fine but not ideal when I want to play an instant game. Every damn day now when I try to find a 1v1 match, I can never get past SATINHOOO. And not only that - if I start a match of my own and wait for someone to join, which would seem to be the only work-around, it takes ages now for someone to join it, probably because other players who would join my match via random match finder can’t get past SATINHOOO either!

This is one of my favorite mobile games of all time - no ads, no money-funneling in-game pay-to-play currency, no “grinding”, just a truly fun multiplayer community. It sucks that people would exploit such a great game and inhibit other people from enjoying it for the sake of raising ELO.

I do not see any reason why there shouldn’t be a tribe selection time limit. Make it 30 seconds, hell, make it a minute, I don’t care. It would end this type of exploitation.
