My system reboots either when I log in to the game and browse the different tabs in lobby, or when I find a match and am selecting operator + gadgets.
Every once in a while the event doesn't trigger and I get into a mission and everything runs as expected. But as soon as I get back to menu, it's sure to happen again.

I have already gone through your "fix list", didn't work.
Also, is it possible to change the game to run dx instead of vulkan?

System specs:
Mobo: Asus Prime x570-Pro
Memory: HyperX Fury @3200MHz
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU: Sapphire 5700 XT Pulse
Windows version: Windows 11 Pro 64bit (10.0, build 22000)
Platform: Ubisoft Connect

Hey @avathar

I'm sorry to hear your system keep rebooting whilst trying to play the game and thanks for providing your system specs. You mentioned you have already tried our "fix list" but please can you double check both of these articles here and here, so we can be sure to know which things you are referring to, and just let us know if you have done all of these.

If you still have issues after these steps, let us know here and we can create a support case for you, as we'll need to get these system files from you to look into this further.

Regarding your question about DirectX instead of Vulkan, this is something I am waiting to hear back from the game team myself about, so I have made a note of this thread so I can get back to you here about it when I have an answer from them.

I've had confirmation back from the game team that there isn't an option for DirectX instead I'm afraid. We don't currently have any news on if this is something to be added in future.

As Ubi-Froggard suggested, the next step would be to use some system files to help diagnose the issue. Please see our system files guide. Once you've generated those two files, you'll be able to upload them to the support ticket I've created on your account - you'll find it by logging in here. Once those two files are uploaded, please let me know here on the forum thread, so I can go take a look at them.
