Hello. My friends and me sometimes have a really ugly shooting bug when we can't shoot at all anymore. We can just switch weapons but can't shoot. Also we can't pick up things and neither can "call" for evacuation. This happens mostly when we play Vigil
Sorry to hear this, @palina92. We are currently looking into similar reports from others who have seen this same behavior. Could you describe what actions you have done before this has occurred for you and your friend? Also, have you done the following before this has happened?
