I was already downed before but I don't think that was the problem, I was mid animation that happens when you fall on someone, game probably thought I was outside the airlock.

Firstly, could you explain what happened in the moments leading up to this? Which map was this on?
Has this only happened the one time, or has it happened multiple times?
