[2022] Can’t shoot with R1 on PS5

If you rebind the Fire action to another button, does it still fail to shoot?

And for testing purposes, could you please test binding another action to R1 to see if it still doesn't respond as well as test with another controller if possible?

I've taken note of your report, and I'm sorry to hear that this button Issue is impacting your experience in Rainbow Six: Extraction !

For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue, I invite you to provide us with the following :

Does the problem persist after checking the steps of our dedicated PS5 troubleshooting guide ?

If yes, does this also happen when using another button to shoot, as suggested in the previous messages of this thread ?

If the problem occurs with buttons other than R1 as well, video of the problem (Youtube / Dailymotion link for example)
