so when I start up R6E my pc makes this weird wheeze sound it can get louder or quieter when going through different menus and I am not sure where this wheeze sound comes from any help? I just deleted the game and redownloaded it will see if its fixed. EDIT the redownload did nothing did a few researches and people say its the cause of a coil whine and I have a EVGA 2080 they say its usually when game tries to take a lot of FPS this will be the problem but my game only allows me to go up to 75 FPS which is the amount my monitor lets out. they said try to limit your in game fps and it should work but the game only goes up to however much your monitor allows. Can ubisoft please fix this issue? this problem is on there end.
