Holy Moses, It took me way to long to figure this out, I tried everything every audio fix out there.
So here it is ladies and gentlemen,
If you are having the annoying audio lag/stutter/popping crackling this fix worked for me.
Windows 10 > System > Advanced system settings > Advanced > Performance-settings > Advanced and under process scheduling change [Adjust for best performance] Switch this to "Background services" NOT Programs.
