[2020] M.U.T.E. Protocol Pack Missing from M.U.T.E. Victory Challenge

Hello, I completed the M.U.T.E. Victory Challenge, but when I clicked on collect for the protocol pack, I was greeted with a message which said that Ubisoft could not process this request at this time. I decided to restart the game and got the same message. I then decided to restart my computer, only for it to say that I had already collected it.
