Hello, I completed the M.U.T.E. Victory Challenge, but when I clicked on collect for the protocol pack, I was greeted with a message which said that Ubisoft could not process this request at this time. I decided to restart the game and got the same message. I then decided to restart my computer, only for it to say that I had already collected it. Welcome to the forums. We are aware of issues where players might not receive rewards for challenges. This issue should now be fixed.

We are currently working on granting the content to players that have not received their rewards.

We would ask you for patience until the content will be added to your account, which should happen in the coming days.
