[2021] Didn't get r6 credits and money is gone

I bought r6 credits via my steam wallet and it said an error occurred when I tried to pay, I soon then realized my money was gone from my steam wallet and didn't get my r6 credits and I got a receipt in my email as well. I'm just trying to get the operator pack, please help.

A refund is ok. I just want my money back, i can provide proof as well that i have purchased the credits.
