I already reinstalled the game, and tried fixing registries with ccleaner.
please help

Welcome to the Forums, I'm sorry to see you're unable to launch the game!

Can you please ensure the following steps have been tried;
- Use newest version of BattlEye -> Reinstalling the game will reinstall the latest version of BattlEye
- Whitelist BEService.exe, BEService_r6s.exe and BEService64.exe in firewall -> Files are located inside the BattlEye folder in the R6 installation folder and in this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye
- Make sure BEService64.exe has admin rights with these steps
- Clean boot up and deactivate background applications.
- Reinstall the entire game.
- Search for Windows updates and make sure your system is up to date.
