So i started playing siege on ps4 3years Ago and i moved to pc and one Day i was thinking is that possible me to get my ps4 account to pc i have bought so much to that account and it feels bad to own that stuff because i cant get it back so is that possible to get my ps4 account to pc?

At the moment we do not have cross progression across platforms for Siege. We are planning this in the future however and we are asking players to register all their platform accounts now, to their Ubisoft accounts. To read up about this please check out this article here -
