I have been trying to contact Ubisoft support through the support website in regards to not receiving my Plat charm from void edge for a while now but the only support system available is chat which is not available and says to pick a different method, is there anyway I can actually get support at this point in time?

In regards to your query, I do appreciate the desire to obtain your Seasonal Rank Charm, however our Support team is only able to compensate for any errors in the previous season, which as of right now, would be Operation Steel Wave.
