Sorry to hear you've been having problems with your teammates not being able to hear you.
Would you be able to let us know what mic/headset is being used?
Which version of windows are you running currently?
Could you please try the steps given in our PC troubleshooting guide if you have not already.
Please let us know if you're having this issue after performing the troubleshooting and we can take a closer look.
