Hi!
I have far fewer fps since the new season. The problem will be quite obvious from the attached images. The game sets to a basic graphics setting (ultra) every time I start, which although I can change it, it doesn't have any effect. The problem persists after the gamesettings.ini file is regenerated. Although in most cases they complain about the Vulkan API but there can also be a problem with DX11. It affects a lot of people... I had 250+ fps on Low last season... now not even 200 fps...
In the game the situation is even more drastic because there many times the fps goes even below 100 fps....
Overall, even though I switch the graphics to Low, it stays ultra-quality (so on the basis). This can also be seen with the shadows, the shadows can also be seen with the LOW settings !!!
In the case of benchmarks, it can be seen that the benchmark itself does not see what settings it measures at all ....
The pictures show the problem completely, I measure the same results ultra as at low ... But it also shows in the effects that it doesnt look exactly what its set for....
The bechmark itself doesn't see what it measures, probably in both cases the basic setting which is ultra close ...
Besides, vga also goes full 100% while the game is running, which can also be seen in heat production...
We've been suffering from this problem a lot since the new season, I think you've noticed ... AND we'd be happy to fix it as soon as possible.

Thanks for getting in touch and apologies about the delayed response from our team.

I can see that you've put extensive effort into putting your post together therefore bear in mind that it did not go unnoticed and we very much appreciate it.

The FPS issue that players have raised since Y6S1 Patch has been raised to our team and has been resolved with Patch Y6S1.2.

I understand that your issue is still on-going however, therefore first, if you haven't already, go through steps outlined in the following article, starting of by verifying your game files first, and see whether that makes any difference. If not, we will need to have a closer look at this, so in order for us to do so, I have already created a support ticket under your account and would like to ask you to do the following:

1. Visit our support website
2. Once there, login to your account and then click the top right drop-down menu and select 'My cases'
3. You will be redirected to another page. Select case 14571714
4. Provide description of your issue and also attach your system files (MsInfo and DxDiag) which will allow us to have a closer look at your situation and then take it from there

Once that's done, let us know!

Hey! I'm sorry to hear you're also facing this behaviour.

Can you please confirm your operating system and PC hardware?

Also, do we know for sure whether this issue occurred after our most recent patch or is that an educated guess?

Hey Cch., welcome to forums and sorry to hear you're having this issue too.

First and foremost, have you had a chance to go through steps outlined in the following article? If you haven't, give these a go and see whether performance improves.

If it doesn't, I'd like to ask you to advise us the following:

1. Are you using DX or Vulkan API?
2. Since when did issue start occurring?
3. How much did it change compared to how it was?
4. What are your specs (Hardware/OS)?
