When will UbiSoft fix the Audio, the latency and headshot registry issues. Playing ranked has never been more frustrating than it has been these last few seasons. There is not 1 member I have out of over 200 members that have not complained about these issues. We get no response from UbiSoft in relation to resolutions. I have spent a lot of money on this game (more than what I should). The game isn't even fun anymore. The experience is overwhelmingly stressful. There was chatter several seasons ago that the audio was going to be fixed in the game (during gameplay) and still has not been fixed. With all the latency server issues, it is so hard to get a kill because when you engage the enemy you stutter which makes it impossible to shoot anyone successfully. I also had to start doing body shots because headshots are not registering. What will it take to fix these simple issues? Honestly, moving to better servers would be my first suggestion although I feel my opinions won't matter. I would love to hear from UbiSoft about these issues and the plan to fix it!

Hello Falcon.GoD, thank you for getting in touch with us about the audio issues you have experienced. I have deleted your other 2 threads as I believe you made these duplicate threads by mistake.

When it comes to audio issues and Siege, for each single audio issue a player may encounter, we require players to submit videos capturing this, so we can pass this onto our QA team to try and reproduce.

As each player has a different computer set up, different audio devices and may have different software and audio controllers running in the background, we encourage players to contact us directly about this so we can tailor our troubleshooting to you specifically to rule out anything on a players system that may cause this, or if it is caused by the game or occurs on a specific map etc.
