I enjoyed playing this game with my son until he received a permanent ban. He asked why he was banned, and he got a boiler-plate response:

"We are not able to share any further details with you concerning your ban in order to maintain the integrity of our internal systems. If you have any questions, you may refer to our Code of Conduct..."

Let me get this straight, you ban players WITHOUT giving a detailed reason? As a parent, I would like to be able to address Ubisoft's concerns with my son. It sounds like it was pretty serious to permanently ban him. As far as I'm concerned he's innocent due to your lack of transparency. I am no longer going to be a customer.

Any inquiry through any of our Social Media channels or Support Sites will be met with the same result. We cannot share further information in order to protect the integrity of our internal systems. Ubisoft takes great care in ensuring that its games are fun, fair, and friendly throughout. We take a firm stance against violations of the Code of Conduct.
