[2020] Missing multiple charms after the patch

Hello, as the title said I found out I’m missing several charms after updating the new patch. Specifically the AC origins, AC odyssey, for honor, Sam Club’s charm and maybe few more that I’m unaware of.

In addition I cannot access the Club through the game which it wasn’t a problem before.
