When i open the shop in r6 the purchase credits option is disabled. I am unable to add credits to my account

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Would you be able to provide an image of what you see please?
Also do you have the Steam overlay enabled?
Open the Steam client and navigate to the Steam > Settings/Preferences > In-game tab. Check the box next to Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game.
