Whenever I play a ranked game on kanal, my game crashes. This issue has started since the release of Crimson Heist. I had no issue with this the season before. I tested to see if it was an issue with ranked only but when I went into a custom game the same issue occurred. About 10 seconds into the operator ban phase on kanal, my game crashes. When I reconnect to the ranked game, it crashes while my operator is loading in or as soon as the round starts. I have had several games cancelled on me because I simply cannot connect into my ranked game whenever it is on kanal. As a result, I currently have a 24 hour abandon penalty. If someone knows a fix to this issue please let me know. Thanks.

To make sure that this issue is not caused by a corrupt or missing file after the update, can you please verify your game files in your game launcher, as this usually fixes any map related crashes in game.
