I recently bought Splinter Cell Blacklist in order to get the P90 skin in Rainbow Six Siege, I own both on Steam, but it's telling me that I don't own Blacklist and am unable to redeem the skin because of that. Is there any way for this to be fixed?

I've gone ahead and moved this to Rainbow Six: Siege as it was originally posted to Rainbow Six: Extraction.
To be able to redeem a game specific skin, you do need to accumulate some game time / progress too, typically a couple of hours / playing through the first few missions of the game.
Please play a little more of Blacklist to build up your game time before checking the reward again and let us know if you still have issues!
