I logged on tonite to play with my friends and I was greeted with a screen saying that items have been removed from my account, including my black ice frost gun which is sad since im a frost main, along with other skins like a r4-c skin, some random skin for lesions shotgun and other useless ones but the frost gun left me in pain. Has anyone found a fix to this problem or had it before.

First and foremost - I have moved your thread from 'General Discussion' over to 'Player Support'.
In regards to the issue - could you advise us on which platform did you purchase the content and it is missing for you?
If it happens to be on PlayStation console, try setting your account as Primary and make sure you Restore you Licenses.
