[2020] Missing UPlay rewards

Hey there,

I'm missing my "Fire" skin (gained from alpha/beta test) and other skins gained from the club (for owning other Ubisoft games like Far Cry) since aprox. two weeks now.
Is this only a temporary issue? Due to covid-19 all official support from Ubisoft is closed right noch (Germany), per email as well as per live-chat.
