I was queuing for a ranked game with my team and my whole team never got put into the match. On Rainbow Six Tracker by TRN it showed all players in the match were connected to the match but we wern't in it. I have tried reconnecting to match but I have been reconnecting for appropriately 18 minutes. If I unqueue I get an abandon penalty and I might loose mmr. My internet connection is good. Just wondering if I could get help with the situation.

I'm sorry to hear that happened. Unfortunately the only thing to do in this case is back out as we're unable to do anything from here to make it start. I'm afraid we can't provide anything back if it gives you an abandonment sanction or remove temporary bans.
The dev team is aware this can happen and are looking into the cause for a future patch.
