ogni volta che chiudo il gioco mi toglie tutte le uniformi, copricapi e elite. tutte le volte che apro il gioco devo rimetterli tutti, è una scocciatura dato che ho vari elite e molte uniformi, è molto noioso e irritante metterle tutte ogni volta che apro il gioco. le skin delle armi non si tolgono invece…come posso risolvere? grazie
@Grvco welcome to the Discussions! Sorry to hear about your Uniform settings being reset. I would like to welcome you as well to our Italian language Discussions here if you would prefer to communicate in a language outside of English. If you are seeing an error 'failed to load player profile' or your attachments are being reset the issue may lay with a corrupt save. Luckily you can delete the local and online saves for Rainbow Six Siege to resolve this! Your unlocks will not be affected when following these steps, however please keep in mind that you will need to re-equip the items to your favorite Operators and can lose Situations progress. To delete local and cloud saves, please follow the steps under "How do I delete saves I don't want?" in this Xbox support article.
Once you have deleted the save files from both the local storage and online storage, launch the game again to see if the issue has resolved.
