I have nothing against Brazilians, the issue is with the latency difference.
Playing versus people with 9ms while I'm having 45(minimum) is unfair and frustrating. People from Chile has the worst part, I usually see them having around 90ms.
Apart from the latency, the communication is another problem.
I love the game and I'm trying to improve, but these issues makes the game unfun.
