Can you help me with my Problem. I bought rainbows six siege on my pc today and every time I try to join a game I stay loading on the screen right after we choose our player for the match to begin, and my internet is good. My ping stay from 17-25.

I also don�t get any error message.

What could be the cause of this

This issue is something that our development team found tricky to reproduce, therefore would it be possible for you to share some additional information that may allow us to investigate the matter further? If you can advise us the following:

1. Are you using WiFi or Ethernet connection?
2. Which server are you playing on?
3. Have you tried using alternative connection for testing purposes, such as mobile data as example, just to see if issue remains?
4. Does this issue occur with any multiplayer mode or just particular ones?

Essentially, the reason you're receiving this error message, is because you're connecting to the wrong Uplay account, than it was linked to when launched for the very first time.

To have this resolved, you need to make sure you are logged in to the right one and error will no longer appear.
