Good evening,
I tried to make a purchase of R6 Points in Rainbow Six Siege. This failed for some unknown reason. I tried again, and again it failed.
I have the game purchased through Steam, and it's not progressing beyond the uPlay overlay.
I found two emails in my inbox stating both purchases have been marked as potential fraude, and how account sharing is illegal, etc.
However, both purchases were made by me, and they were rejected. I'm not sharing my account, and I haven't been hacked, either.
I hope someone from Ubisoft can assist me with solving this error.
