I tried using the Ubisoft support but it said that due to the current situation, only live chat is available, but when I looked at live chat it said that that was unavailable too, so I thought I would try here. Let me know if there is somewhere else I should try! This is the message I typed out for Ubisoft support -

Hi, I was playing my last placement ranked match on siege, and we were on the last round and my internet crashed when about 10 seconds before my team won the round and the game. As a result, I was not given the win for the match but instead an abandon, despite there being nothing I could do about it. I was wondering if it was possible to reverse the result or not? I am not sure if this is a thing that you can do but thought it would be worth a try! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry that you were disconnected and subsequently received an abandonment penalty for your match. Please note that we are unable restore any lost points or remove temporary bans as this is generated automatically by the game.

Did you happen to receive any error message or error code when you were disconnected from the game, or a MMR rollback notification?

Siege will treat all disconnections the same and remove points for the player affected in case this was deliberate, regardless of time spent in the match.

Do these disconnections happen to you a lot?
