[2021] False Banned and appeal denied

I was false banned two weeks ago and I submitted an appeal through the case system and never got a reply. I then today started a live chat after updating my case 5 times because they never replied just to be told the appeal was denied and they couldn't tell me any info on why I was banned and why it was denied. You can literally watch all of my replays and every player I team with and it would all say I don't cheat. I've been playing r6 siege for 5+ years and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. Ubi support has been everything but helpful and still wont tell me why they banned me and I literally bought every operator battle pass etc and cant get any of that back, not to mention I cant get any of my levels back and have to start from 0, which I am not doing. I had to grind just to play ranked and once I finally hit that level I get banned. I've played against countless cheaters and you can tell who is actually cheating by just their stats. I'm average at best, my highest rank was silver 4 and my kd is below .9. My headshot percentage is also 40% which is also average at best. They told me to submit a case and I did just to get shot down when all I've ever done is play legitimately. What am I supposed to do now when every Ubi support basically tells me to get lost. I'm beyond frustrated
