I got a new Headset yesterday (HyperX Cloud alpha) and now the sound is missing. Intro sound is working but no sound in menu and ingame. (As well all my headgears und uniforms got removed)

In regards to the sound issue in menu and in-game, I would first recommend to try and complete steps outlined in the following article, as it will allow to resolve majority of the sound related issues in-game.
In terms of the loadout reset - I can confirm that this issue has been brought up before, however our team was unable to reproduce this, therefore is there any possibility you could provide us with video footage or alternatively, exact steps or circumstances that have happened prior to the issue, and we will ensure this gets passed along.
