every time i start rainbow i check how much CPU it uses. It uses almost 80% to 100% CPU. i was told by a friend it might be a bug or my processor. I have an Intel core i5 9400F if that makes a different. i just need to know if its something i could fix or i need to change the processor

We can certainly look into that for you. Can I first of all ask you to try launching the game after a clean boot to see if this helps at all with CPU Usage?
