This happens to me very often and it's very annoying. I don't know what causes the glitch but first the audio cuts out and 10 seconds later the game crashes. Just recently I lost 57 mmr from this. It's not the first time it happened and it happens to me often and I lose a lot of mmr because of abandons when it had nothing to do with wifi and afk. Can I please have the mmr I lost because I'm so close to platinum and I never hit it. Also can you look into this. I play on Xbox and I'm not sure if this happens on other platforms. This also happened to my friends as well.
