Never apologise for your English it is perfectly readable, and I find learning more than 1 language incredibly impressive.

My first thought was that this is a damaged game file issue, however you have reinstalled the game so it musn't be that.

Try disabling background applications and see if that helps.

If you have any anti-virus installed, double check to make sure both Ubisoft Connect & Rainbow Six Siege are trusted.
