I installed siege and tried to play it, but it keeps crashing in the middle of every game I play, so I check integrity of game files and it says I'm missing 12 files and starts a 30gb download. when the download is done, it says something about corrupt update files and every time i try to redo the download it says the same thing. I've reinstalled windows and tried again and the issue persists. is there anything I can do to find out what's causing this? has anyone experienced the same issue?

Hello dougstar08! I'm truly sorry to hear that you've been having trouble playing Rainbow Six Siege due to this error. You mentioned reinstalling Windows, have you tried reinstalling Ubisoft Connect, Steam, and the game? Removing these programs and all their related files before reinstalling would be good to try to see if that helps resolve the error. When reinstalling, please make sure that the clients and Siege are on the same drive on your system. Afterward, it would be beneficial to complete the other steps listed here.

Ultimately, if none of these suggestions make any improvements, please upload your MSinfo file in a case at support.ubi.com. Our technical support team would be more than happy to continue investigating this further with you and help get it resolved. Thank you for your continued patience in the meantime!
