For the past 3 or so seasons, I've been having this issue on my end. Every so often when I join a match, in any game mode, on any map, with any character, I'll experience this problem. The problem itself is player animations stuck in a loop changing every couple seconds never finishing the animation. I can move around fine, pick stuff up fine, place down everything fine and normally. My ping is as low as everyone else and I'm not experiencing any forced disconnections.

Normally I can solve this problem by just rejoining the match or restarting as sometimes option 1 doesn't always work. However, recently I have gotten 2 abandon sanctions put on my account after leaving to fix my problem with the intent of coming back. I don't want to keep getting sanctions so I've decided to finally come here.

Yes, I have already done absolutely everything on the troubleshooting articles that I always get when I submit a ticket, I need more help. I can't just keep getting the same articles thrown at me I need some more assistance

To verify that this is indeed a client-sided issue, my brother and I were playing together and I could clearly tell that on his screen I was moving fine and on my screen everyone was stuck in the loop.

Thank you in advance.

Hey there Fountain.Water,

Welcome to the Forums!

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

Would it be possible to post a clip showing what you encounter in-game so we can take a closer look?

Thank you!

Thank you for providing the clips Fountain.Water. If this was an issue client-side we would expect to see everyone seeing the same thing. I would like to find out more about your connection please.

What is your upload and download speed?
What is your ping at when this happens?
Are you connected via Ethernet or WiFi?
If WiFi how far from the router are you?
If Ethernet is it a direct cable to the router or are you using adapters such as powerline/WiFi extenders?

Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you for getting back to us and providing the requested information. Is it possible to connect via Ethernet to test if this issue still occurs? That way we can rule out your WiFi connection if it does happen again.
