Would you be able to kindly clarify your query? I understand that you are receiving 'Installation in progress' message as you launch the game.

If this is indeed the case, be aware that this is not an issue and is intended behavior.

Before having the ability to access Multiplayer features, you will need to keep your game on and let the installation complete. In the meantime, you will be able to access Situations. After a while, if you restart the game, you should notice more Situations being unlocked, which means that installation has progressed. Once it's fully completed, you will be able to play online with others.
