hi my name its penguin.dyst, and a year ago I got perma banned for toxicity I really don't think I deserved it what I was saying was most definingly wrong and I shouldn't have Sayed the things I did I was extremely mad because of how the person was treating me and my team and I totally deserved to be banned, but I think a perma ban is ridiculous I spent over 600 hours on that account and spent over 100 dollars and it really sucks that I lost that just because a few people reported me I think a year ban or a few month ban would have been fair. I would really like to be unbanned it would be super amazing and give me faith in this game again if I could be unbanned that would be amazing but if you review my chat log and think I don't deserve to be unbanned that's fine. If anyone reads this and unbans me I love you and I hope you have a good year, anyway I should probably end this hear by saying piece and to whoever reads this hi and have a good rest of your day

Players are able to appeal their permanent bans but can do so only once. If a player has been banned for toxicity this is usually because there have been multiple reports of toxicity on their account.
For any issues related to permanent bans, we ask players to contact us through our support channels where we can verify your account and give more information about your ban, as we can not do this over our Forums.
