[2021] GTX460 Supported but It says It dont?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to your post!

While the GTX 460 is supported, it is the minimum spec required

You note that the resolution is causing issues with your view, have you attempted to amend any of your in-game settings to change the resolution to address?

Given the spec of your card, you may only be able to change so many graphical settings before it begins to struggle and performance drops, so models will be of low quality

Upgrading your graphics card will of course allow you more room to upgrade your in-game graphical settings, but do take care when amending PC parts that you research the impact a new GPU will have on other components to ensure smooth performance all round
