Ever since i began playing r6 back in november of 2019,my mic has never and continues to not work in game. I try using push to talk, but my mic never gets picked up. I have tried every solution i found online in forums and community posts, none of which have worked so far. I have tried setting my mic as the defualt for my pc,changine all data about mic to English to hope r6 recognizes it,made sure all my in game settings are set up correct, uninstalled and reinstalled r6,ubisoft launcher battleye and windows audio and microphone drivers. My current mic setup is a r.bone mb-78 plugged into a scarllet solo 3rd gen. My mic works in any other programmes i have used including discord, zoom, pro tools, ableton live and any non-ubisoft games vc (steam games)

Hey Fishy.GNP, sorry you are still having this problem.

You said you have tried a lot of fixes online for this already. Can I confirm you have tried our fixes for this on our site here, as well? -
https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/fa...bleshooting-R6

Can I also ask if you are using any game overlays in the background that may be interfering with the game?

If you are using Windows 10, would you be able to try the following as well -

- Right click on the Volume/Sound icon in your Taskbar and click Open Sound Settings.
- Scroll down until you see the Advanced Sound Options, below that should be App Volume Device Preferences click on this.
- You'll then be presented with an Output and Input column, make sure you have Rainbow Six Siege open and it should appear in the list of Applications here.
- From here you can assign which device the listed applications will output their audio to.
- Under the drop down column for Siege, play around with which audio device you'd like to be the Output and what microphone device you would like the Input to be.
- Go back to Siege and test this in a match.

Let me know if you have tried these fixes also, thanks.
