[2023] Almost 50 days after a purchase and I still haven't gotten the stuff I had bought

Back on December 6th, I had bought the signature welcome pack. It is currently January 23rd I haven't heard anything from Ubisoft, I have sent in a case on December 7th, it has been 49 days since I bought the pack, all I have gotten is an email when I bought it with the confirmation for the order and the money left my account. I don't know is going on that it would take this long to simply see that they didn't send me my stuffy yet and that i had paid for it. i have been very patient I would like to say but this is ridiculous. has anyone else had problems like this before?
