[2021] I was unfairly banned and my appeal denied

I was recently permanently banned on my account, i presume for letting my friend play on it. looking at the code of conduct i saw that this is not against the code of conduct. i appealed, pointed this out, and my appeal was denied. they are now saying there is no way for them to unban me. i keep asking them exactly what i did wrong and they refuse to answer, just sending a link to the code of conduct. i asked if there was any other people to contact to get my account back and they ignored that. please tell me if there is anything else i can do to have my account restored. i love the game, have sunk hundreds of hours and many dollars into it and don't want to restart. please help me.
