If this is your first time inviting specific friends, please double- check that your invitee is on a platform supported for crossplay (so for example a console friend while playing on console, or a cloud gaming friend if on PC).

If everything looks good invite-wise, please try the steps in our guide here. I'd suggest as well to flush the DNS cache on your PC before getting back in game.

Hey @Der-Keiser thanks for stopping by. Does starting a game and then leaving (or completing one match) resolve this error every time? If you are still unable to invite and join up with your friend does the troubleshooting from above help to improve anything?
