The problem=========================================== ================================================== ===============================
My camera keeps whipping around at a seemingly random interval to a seemingly random place(random place isn't entirely true. It's certain points, but I couldn't find any significant correlation as to what those certain points meant.). Also, ragdolls go absolutely ballistic and start flopping around like fish. 3D models in general are quite bugged, their arms seems to glitch out a little bit and whatever they're holding seems to as well.
My personal troubleshooting=================================== ================================================== ===========================
I tried as much as I could think of to fix this short of buying a whole new computer. It's not a mouse issue, my mouse works perfectly fine in all other games and scenarios. It's not a problem with my DirectX, as running dxdiag in the run program doesn't make anything turn up. It's not a GPU driver issue. I've verified my files twice, reinstalled Siege twice, ran sfc /scannow in the cmd prompt as admin, hard reset my PC once. And yet I reinstall siege after everything has been wiped, and the bug is still there. I still don't know whether it's malware buried deep in my registry or something. This could be the case as I'm not sure if the disk that had my Windows 10 OS installed on it actually reset or not. I just thought it did as my HDD was completely wiped, and I had defragged and fully formatted it (i just unticked quick format).
For evidence, refer to the video below, where I play a game of t-hunt. Note that this bug happens regardless of online or offline play. It isn't an internet issue.
