I got this error code [4-0xFFF0BE25].
So I can't do anything with it. Reloged in uplay an restarted the game several times, but It keep showed up. I've got a 2 hour penalty (not that much time), but I really don't want to get days even weeks off of the game. Please do something about it. 😟❤

As it stands, I can confirm that this is a known issue, as we have received a number of players contacting about this, and it's already under further review by our development team.

So that we could aid the investigation, may I kindly check the following with you:

  • Do you receive any other codes besides 4-0xFFF0BE25?
  • What is the last exact date / time you were blocked by this code?
  • What region do you live in?
  • Who is your current ISP?
  • Are you playing via Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
  • Do you always get a random black screen or is there ever anything else you're usually doing in-game when this happens?
  • Does this error appear 100% of the time or sometimes?
