I installed and tried playing R6 during the current free week, currently Sep. 3, but it kept saying I was offline? So I went to buy the game, the 3rd tier option for $31.50 USD, and it wouldn't accept my payment? I thought my card might have a hold so I called my bank and said my card was fine and that is was something on the sellers end. Can anyone help? I just want to buy it and play it while the bundle is cheaper and not $50. Yet I can neither play nor purchase the game?! Anyone have a similar problem or have a solution?

Welcome to Discussions and I'm sorry you're having some trouble accessing/purchasing R6.

Because you were getting the error that you were offline, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting in this FAQ first.

After that, if you're still not able to purchase the game, confirm the following for me:

  • All of your Ubisoft account info is accurate and complete
  • That your VPN is disabled (if you're using one)
  • That you're using an approved payment method


If it still fails, wait 48 hours to make sure there's not a temporary delay from previous purchases. If after that, you're still unable, then create a Support Case so we can discuss this further over private channels.
