I was playing R6S from PS4. And I bought it from Steam yesterday. What happens if I use the same Ubisoft account that I am using on PS4. Can I use the "same" Ubisoft account.

Hey kvnc_33! You can link your Steam account to your already made Ubisoft account that has your PS4 linked. Rainbow Six Siege does not have cross-platform saves though, so you won't be able to play with the progress from your PS4 on your PC. If you need any further explanation, let me know!

Nope! Your save data is stored locally to your PS4. There is no communication between your Steam version of Rainbow Six Siege and your Playstation version.
