To check if your connection issues may have been caused by our server, you can check our server status here in case of any maintenance or outages at the time of your disconnection, to rule this out as a possible cause >

If players start disconnecting due to server issues, we have tools to monitor this and will post a banner on our Ubisoft website above, to inform players of any issues.
